Raul Guzman as been announced as one of the Lamborghini Squadra Corse‘s Young Driver Program members. At his first season in GT, the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe winner of the Misano opener and leader of the Pro category, joins the list of the Lamborghini most promising drivers for 2020.
The 20-year-old Mexican, made his debut in the series with team Target Racing and races under the Danilo Rossi‘s DR Management, that brought him from kart to the Italian F4 and recently in the European Formula Regional.
Guzman starts a new path in his career followed step by step by five-time 24 Hours of Le Mans winner Emanuele Pirro and Lamborghini youngster programs responsible Raffaele Giammaria.
Having claimed a first and third position – the second of his category – in the first round of the one-make series reserved to Huracán Super Trofeo Evos, Guzman showed a great pace.
Next round is about in one week, on 4th/5th September, at the Nürburgring track, when he and his team-mate Milos Pavlovic will try to consolideate their championship lead.
