ITALIAN F4 CHAMPIONSHIP HEADS THIS WEEKEND TO THE ROMAN TRACK

DR Formula stands ready for the third round of the Italian F4 Championship powered by Abarth that takes place this weekend at the Vallelunga track with young Portuguese racing driver Pedro Perino.

After a positive season opener where he took two top 10 finishes in the Rookie class making his series’ debut at the Paul Ricard to continue his apprenticeship in the following event at Misano, Perino is now aiming at a higher result.

Perino graduates to single-seater after he had an impressive showings in his kart career and has shown a progressive strength.

The Italian F4 was back in action today with the collective official testing, in hot weather conditions. Two more free practice sessions and qualifying are scheduled tomorrow. The three 30-minute plus one lap races will commence on Sunday at 9, 13 and 17, with the live streaming at the official championship website.
