After a month and half break the Italian F4 Championship powered by Abarth resumes this coming weekend, 15th/16th September, as the Vallelunga circuit hosts the sixth and penultimate seasonal round. DR Formula team confirmed a car for Edoardo Morricone, who just got out of a very fruitful collective testing at the Roman track a few days ago, when he set the fifth overall best lap and the second of the Rookies in the afternoon session on day two. At a notoriously favorable circuit for the squad led by Danilo Rossi, Morricone aims again at a podium class finish after he claimed a best second position in Monza early last June. With still six races to be held, the 16-year-old racer takes the seventh place in the points, seeking more glory. Action at Vallelunga fires up on Friday with the two 40-minute free practice sessions. Saturday the qualifying get underway at 10.40 AM. The first of three 28-minute plus one lap races will start at 16.05 PM. Race two and three are scheduled on Sunday at 9.45 AM and 14.50 PM. All races will be streamed live on www.acisport.it/it/F4/home.
