Team DR Formula will be looking to continue its impressive run, as the Italian F4 Championship powered by Abarth heads to Monza this coming weekend, 21/22 October, for the seventh and last round of the season.
With Artem Petrov being able to finish second in the most recent leg at Mugello, the squad led by Danilo Rossi aims to celebrate another podium in one of the most iconic and fast circuits in the world. The 17-year-old Russian drove a thrilling race three in Tuscany and is keen to keep the momentum going at the Brianza’s track, hoping to finish with a strong points haul.
After taking a second place among the Rookies at Mugello, Brazilian Felipe Branquinho is aiming for a top spot again as well as for the third position in the class standings.
Italian Aldo Festante will miss this event.
The F4 track action gets underway Friday morning with the cars taking to the track for free practice at 9:05, and another session at 13:10. Qualifying will start at 17:40. Race one light turns on Saturday afternoon at 14:45. Race two and three start Sunday at 9:20 and 16:10. Each race consists of 28 minute plus one lap and will be streamed live on the Aci Sport website www.acisport.it.
